We are looking for a people-oriented, highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service Team. Acting as an extension of the firm’s brand and core values, customer service agent has to ensure that each and every customer has a pleasant experience, and is treated in a courteous manner. The position involves processing customer’s orders, making bookings, answering and resolving customer’s issues, and administration.
The role and responsibilities
- Customer service support and information on car hire
- Processing customer’s orders, making bookings, answering and resolving customer’s issues
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in a minimum of two languages (English plus French, or German, or Portugal or Italian)
- Ability to work with clients

- Basic computer knowledge
